Best Travel Destinations Around the World

Published on March 23, 2022 - Written By: masdrfkew

There are many low-cost travel destinations available. And nowadays, finding them doesn`t take much work. You can go to endless destinations on a budget, no matter what continent you live in.

If you research, become inventive, and exercise some flexibility, no place is ever truly "too costly"; you might not be living it up when you go there.

Thankfully, a few places to visit make travelling on a tight budget simple, enjoyable, and secure.

Go city offers dozens of countries that welcome travellers on a tight budget and have many deals to accommodate their travellers.

These locations include inexpensive lodging, low-budget meals, and many activities and excursions that may be experienced without breaking the bank.

To assist you in organizing your upcoming low-cost journey, here is a list of my current favourite inexpensive travel destinations:

1.  BANGKOK:

Bangkok is a lovely place to visit. It is also quite reasonably priced with a long history of tourism. Tourism is hiked for various reasons, including affordable guesthouses, street food that can be purchased for as low as $1, local buses, and the numerous free and inexpensive attractions you can get by on between $25 and $35 per day. Expect to spend closer to $60 a day if you spend all your time on the islands and in cheap lodging. Bangkok is still affordable, though.

2.  Central America

If you are up for an adventurous trip that involves historical sites or activities such as trekking and surfing, consider smaller Central American nations such as El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. Most lodgings at these destinations cost between $15 and $30 a night, along with most bus trips, meals, and beers, all of which are under $5.

Belize, Panama, and Costa Rica are pricey travel destinations by local standards. If you travel to these Central American nations, you may live comfortably for $40–50 USD per day as a backpacker or splurge on $100 per day to live luxuriously. In this region of the world, your money goes a very long way.

3.  Cambodia

Although you could include any nation in Southeast Asia on this list, Cambodia is one of my favourites. It is both gorgeous and reasonably priced, and the people there are wonderfully kind. Street food costs between $2 and $5, a private hotel with air conditioning cost $25, and round-trip transportation costs $20 and $25. You live lavishly if your daily expenses are close to $50.

It is less expensive than Thailand, which is more popular, but Cambodia is just as gorgeous and home to some of the world`s friendliest people. Moreover, it is the location of the magnificent Angkor Wat, a visit to which is both pricey and worthwhile.

4.  The Balkans:

The Balkans, in Southeast Europe, are the least expensive areas of the continent. It`s an undiscovered region that`s cheap and provides excellent value. It comprises a few nations, most of which see relatively few tourists. The bulk of the area is ideal for adventurous travel, even though some locations, like Dubrovnik, have experienced increased tourists due to the cruise ships that stop there. Cheap wine, amazing hikes and scenery, beautiful coastlines, substantial meals, and crazy nightlife are all available. It`s the best-kept secret in Europe.

You may survive on as low as $30 daily compared to Western Europe. Food for a week may be purchased for as low as $25, while a beer bottle costs about $2.

And although the area historically had a bad reputation for being hazardous, conditions have significantly improved in the last ten years. The area`s hiking path is expanding, and tourism is increasing. Visit before the crowds and prices soar because it is now Europe`s least-explored location.

5.  China:

Since Marco Polo travelled the Silk Road in 1275, China has captivated tourists. China is still one of Asia`s most affordable travel destinations. Even though its once dirt-cheap reputation has faded. It would help if you left the large cities. Indeed, the towns remain affordable. Hostels cost less than $20, meals cost between $2 and $5, and local city transportation is under $1.

Yet, if you get into the interior and off the main route, the nation becomes even more affordable. The finest travel offers and discounts may be found here! China is still one of the cheapest countries in the world due to its enormous size.

6.  Georgia:

Georgia has everything you are looking for in a holiday spot. It`s affordable, has delectable cuisine and wine, and has impressive hikes and beautiful mountain views, with a limited population. It is the place to fall in love with right away. Georgia, a country tucked away in the Caucasus, has long been a crossroads of cultures, but it isn`t nearly as well-known as it should be. While the remainder of the nation gives adventurous travellers a rustic, off-the-beaten-path atmosphere. Tbilisi is a bustling metropolis. You can also get by on almost nothing; mindful visitors only spend $25 daily. Most museums and historical places cost about $2–$3, beer is about $2, and food for a week runs about $25–$30. Even though it may seem remote, Georgia is one of the upcoming major backpacking hotspots.

Despite these travel destinations, the wide range of options on the go city website. One can easily choose from various destinations.
